Norman Campus Account Holders (Norman and Tulsa Campus Users)
To log in to OU sites, OU Norman account holders will use their OUNet ID and the password they set up at the Account Management site. Your OUNet ID typically consists of the first 4 letters of your last name + a series of 4 numbers. Alterations to that format may happen due to last name length and potential name overlap.
To retrieve your OU Net ID please visit https://one.ou.edu and then click the “Forgot OUNetID?” link. If you are automatically logged in to One after clicking that link, you can click your photo account icon in the upper right corner of One and select Account Settings. Your OUNet ID will displayed on the right side of the page.
Health Campus Account Holders (Health and Tulsa Campus Users)
To log in to OU sites, OU Health account holders will use their OU username and the password they set up at the Account Management site. Your username typically consists of the first letter of your first name followed by the first seven letters of your last name. Alterations to that format may happen due to last name length and potential name overlap.
