How to call forward your campus phone to another on campus phone (4 digit number)

• On the phone press the call forward feature button.
• Dial the 4 digit number.
• Press the call forward button again.

How to cancel your call forward feature

• On the phone press the call forward feature button.
• Press the cancel call forward feature button.

How to call forward your campus phone off campus (10 digits). Note that approval is required by the business unit manager for the feature

• On the phone press the call forward feature button.
• Dial 9 plus the 10 digits or dial 9+1 plus the 10 digits (if the number is a long distance number you are trying to forward your phone to).
• Press the call forward button again.

How to cancel your call forward feature

• On the phone press the call forward feature button.
• Press the cancel call forward feature button.
• Test your cancellation by having someone call your main phone number.
