Welcome to Duo

Welcome to Duo Two-Factor Authentication Registration for OUHSC Users

Duo two-factor authentication works best via the smartphone or tablet app documented in the instructions on this page.

OUHSC faculty and staff can use a Hardware token instead of a smartphone or table if their department chooses to purchase one for their use.

See instructions for a Token at the bottom of this article

Note: To register for Duo Two-Factor authentication, go to duo.ouhsc.edu from a computer. You will enter your HSC User ID and Password, check box that you agree to Notice of Consent and select Login. If the Notice of Consent is unchecked, you will not be able to register.
