Cognos allows access to aggregate data (for those who need access beyond “single-student” view) whether that is lists or summary tables. Different levels of access to Cognos requires different levels of technical and data ability. The range of technical ability required can range from a basic knowledge of Excel to developing complex filters and writing SQL.
