This software is free to eligible faculty, staff and students with active OU accounts.

Availability

Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Office apps is available to all faculty, staff and students with active OU accounts.

As part of our commitment to providing the best technology experience possible for our customers, OU IT is providing FREE access to the very latest Microsoft products and services via your own licensed Microsoft 365 account. Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based service that allows you to work from your computer or devices for seamless, real time collaboration on Office products. Included in the suite are Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Skype for Business and Excel.

In addition, the Windows version of the Microsoft 365 suite includes Access and Publisher.
