Single Sign-On Integration Request

Got a new device and need PingID assistance? Please complete a General IT Help service request and our team will assist you.

Application owners can use this request to integrate their service provider with the campus identity provider for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. Our identity provider (IdP) is PingFederate, which supports SAML 2.0 authentication.

Upon submission, our team will guide you through the integration process, including metadata exchange, attribute mapping, and testing.

Cost

OU IT provides this service for FREE to Faculty and Staff at all campus locations.

Availability

IT System accesses are granted only to those users who have been approved through the processes outlined in the Features section.

Prerequisites

  • Your application must support 2.0 authentication SAML.
  • You should have administrative access to configure SAML settings on your service provider or provide a vendor contact.
  • Be prepared to provide your SAML metadata or SSO configuration details.
