To access ArcGIS Online, please click "Access Software" or browse to https://uok.maps.arcgis.com and click "Use your University of Oklahoma login" to be directed to sign-in via SSO.
Once online, you may download ArcGIS Pro to your desktop by following these "Download ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Online" instructions. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/download-arcgis-pro.htm
Note: As of March 2024, ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) has been removed from the Esri Educational Institution Agreement. ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) is no longer be available through the Esri Education Program.
