Over the last year, OU IT has worked to consolidate independent campus IT support and ticketing tools into a single system-wide too, TeamDynamix. Utilizing this tool has enabled faster resolutions, streamlined service delivery, improved self help resources, and a single portal to request IT related Services.



There is no cost associated with this Service.


This Service is available to all members of the OU community.


  • Search for answers on our knowledge base containing public self-help articles
  • Browse our Service Request forms for automated routing and faster processing
  • Sign in to the Customer Portal to view and comment on your open IT Tickets
  • Submit help tickets through the General IT Support button
