If you are unable to sign in to your OU/OUHSC email account using your email alias and password, but are able to access other OU sites and services (such as accounts.ou.edu or one.ou.edu) please complete the support form to the right for assistance.
If you are unable to sign in any OU sites or services using your OU/OUHSC username and password, please complete our General IT Support form and include an alternative email address (non-OU email) where you can receive communication regarding your request.
There are no costs associated with this service.
This service is available to all Faculty, Staff and Students of the Norman campus.
