The Modify a Phone service allows departments to activate/deactivate a telephone as well as enable/disable telephone features.
*A valid approver and CFS (if applicable) must be provided before submitting this request.
OU-Tulsa IT provides this service at no cost. However, if an ACD agent login is needed, the requesting department will be billed $2.50 per month.
This service is available to all faculty and staff located on the Tulsa campus.
