Zoom has rolled out a new web experience (at https://oklahoma.zoom.us/) that provides a unified, intuitive interface, making it easier to access key features and manage your account settings. You currently have the ability to toggle this feature on for testing.
On August 21st or 28th, the "Try new experience" toggle will be removed by Zoom leaving the new web experience permanently enabled.
PLEASE NOTE: When signing in to https://oklahoma.zoom.us/, you'll land on the Zoom "Home & Universal Header". In the Universal Header on the far right you will have a "Waffle Menu" (Product Menu) with all your Zoom products in one place. To the right of the "Waffle Menu", you have the "Profile Menu". This menu is scoped to have items that you, in your role, have access to, including your account. Select the "Profile Menu" with your profile picture or initials, then select "My account". This will provide you access to the "Try new experience" toggle on the far right of the Universal Header. This toggle allows you to enable the new web experience or return to the old web interface. This toggle will be ineffective after Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 and the "New Web Experience" will be the ONLY Zoom web interface available.
Key changes to the web interface include:
- Redesigned homepage: A cleaner layout similar to the desktop app Home tab.
- Upon navigating to https://oklahoma.zoom.us/ and signing in, you will now land on the new homepage instead of your account settings.
- Updated settings navigation: Your account settings are found by clicking your icon in the top-right corner, selecting My account, then clicking Settings in the left navigation. Instead of using tabs along the top to navigate between sections within settings, you will now click the section from the left navigation.
- You can navigate to a specific setting section by hovering over Settings and selecting the specific section (such as Meeting or Recording) from the drop-down.
- Beyond these updates, the layout of your settings and the settings available to you remain unchanged.
- “Surveys” section has moved: You can find your surveys, polls, and quizzes under the new waffle menu in the top-right corner beside your icon.
- New product navigation: A waffle menu in the top right replaces the old left navigation panel for switching between products.
In addition to an updated web interface, the Zoom desktop app’s Meetings tab has been merged into a new Calendar tab.
