Instructions on How to Access Microsoft 365 via a Web Browser

Body

  1.  To sign into Microsoft Office or Teams using a web browser, open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and type office.com in the address bar. 
  2. Once the webpage loads, click “Sign in” Microsoft 365 sign in at office.com
  3. Enter your full OUHSC email and click ‘Next’. For example, jane-jones@ouhsc.edu. Microsoft 365 email address prompt
  4. This page will redirect to the OU Single Sign-on Page (SSO). Enter your OUHSC Password and click ‘Sign-in’. Microsoft 365 password prompt
  5. Approve the Ping-ID Push Notification OR one-time passcode sent to your authorized device.PingID notification prompt PingID one time pass code prompt 
  6. It will then ask if you would like to stay signed in. Click ‘No’ if you are on a shared device. Microsoft 365 Stay Signed In question prompt
  7. Once signed in, all the Office 365 Applications will be on the left of the screen: Office 365 main home screen
