How to Reset Your Password

This article will show you, step-by-step, how to reset your password.

1. Go to ouhsc.edu/password; click "Login".  
2. You will be directed to a new site; click "OUHSC Reset Password - Reset your forgotten password". 
3. Supply your username; click "Continue".
   • If you have not enrolled in PingID, you'll be directed to click the PingID Support KB article link to guide you through the enrollment process.
   • If you have enrolled in PingID, authenticate your login.
4. Following the criteria on the screen, create a new password and then click "Set Password". ​​​​​​​
5. Your new password will now be set.
