If you have e-mail from an individual that is erroneously going to a junk mail folder, you can force Microsoft Outlook to send the e-mail to your inbox or any other folder you wish:
- Right click on the message or select “rules” from the top of the page.
- Your first choice gives you the option of where to move messages from the person sending the message.
- Type in “Inbox” or whatever other mailbox folder to which you wish the e-mail sent.
Note: this advice is specific for Microsoft Outlook and does not apply to the Mail App within Microsoft 365.
