Updating Media Gallery Video settings and features

To edit the video after being published: 

• Hover over the course in the media gallery page. 
• Click on the three dots at the bottom.  

• Then the pencil icon.

This will allow you to edit the video settings. 

• Details will allow you to edit the name and description. 

• Publish will allow you to choose where to publish the media. 

This feature allows you to publish your video in multiple courses. 

• Options controls comments and clipping by choosing to click on the check mark. 

• Collaboration is for adding a new co-editor, co-publisher, or co-viewer.
• Captions is for adding new captions other than the automatically generated ones through MyMedia.
• Replace Media allows you to choose another video to replace the existing one, either by uploading from your personal computer or inserting a media URL. Please note that replacing a media will remove the original video and OUIT recommends uploading a new one rather than replacing.
