Canvas Support

Not all Canvas-related issues are handled by OU IT. While they can't answer questions about specific courses, you can contact Canvas directly for general how to questions and support. Please contact Canvas if you need assistance with the following:

• Adding/changing quizzes and assignments
• Copying course content
• Gradebook issues
• Discussion boards usage
• Creating news items
• Managing files and folders in their course
• Questions regarding non-standard courses

• The Help option at the bottom of the Global Navigation bar in Canvas (where Account, Dashboard, Courses, etc. are located)
• 
• The Canvas support line is an option in OU IT’s (405) 325-HELP call tree.
