WHAT IS AZURE DEV TOOLS FOR TEACHING?

Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (Formerly known as Microsoft Imagine and DreamSpark) is a Microsoft program that supports technical education by providing access to Microsoft software for learning, teaching and research purposes.

Azure Dev Tools for Teaching offers a variety of operating systems and software to students enrolled in the following colleges:

  • College of Engineering
  • College of Earth and Energy
  • College of Architecture
  • Price College of Business.

HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

You must be actively enrolled in a course within one of the above programs to have access to Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. The software provided includes (but is not limited to):

  • Microsoft Windows Consumer Operating Systems (Windows 10, 8.1)
  • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2016, 2012 R2)
  • Microsoft Expression Studio/Design Suite
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Visio
