Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Software Uninstall

If you have downloaded and installed any apps through the Adobe Creative Cloud app, you may uninstall these apps through this same process.

Windows Creative Cloud Suite Software Uninstall

1. Launch your Adobe Creative Cloud app.
2. Click on the Apps tab.
3. Hover your cursor over the app you wish to uninstall. Now click the gear icon.
4. Select the Uninstall option.
5. Click Yes or OK if you are prompted to verify your user account wishes to remove the app.
6. On the app, you may now see a prompt asking to close any affected programs. Save your work and exit these programs. Once done, click the Continue option.
7. The App will now process the uninstall request.
8. Once complete, the App will be removed from your Installed apps list and now appear in the Find Additional Apps list.

Mac Creative Cloud Suite Software Uninstall​​​​​​​

1. Launch your Adobe Creative Cloud app.
2. Click on the Apps tab.
3. Hover your cursor over the app you wish to uninstall. Now click the gear icon.
4. Select the Uninstall option.
5. Choose whether you wish to keep any saved app preferences or remove them.
6. On the app, you may now see a prompt asking to close any affected programs. Save your work and exit these programs. Once done, click the Continue option.
7. The App will now process the uninstall request.
8. Once complete, the App will be removed from your Installed apps list and now appear in the Find Additional Apps list.
