This article is intended for Health Science users who have issues with OneNote after their primary email address has been transitioned to "ou.edu". Please try the following:
To reconnect a workbook:
- Open OneNote
- In a web browser, navigate to portal.office.com and login with your email address.
- Select OneNote.
- Select My Notebooks.

- Open the desired notebook and select “Open in OneNote”.
- If a pop-up appears, select “Open in OneNote 2016”
- OneNote will open, and a security pop-up will appear. Select Yes to continue.
- The notebook will now begin to sync into your OneNote.
Alternately, if that does not resolve your issues, please try the following:
- Proceed to portal.office.com.
- Click "Apps" then OneDrive.

- Click on the OneNote Notebook.
- This should sync the notebook
- Open OneNote.
