Users that need assistance with OnPoint, please email . Access to OnPoint takes approximately 3-4 days after the account is created and the user will receive notice from OnPoint that they have pending programs. If you are new and haven't received the notification, you will most likely need to wait a few days until you receive the initial email. After you get the email, please use your OUHSC account to log in. If you continue to have issues please call the OUHSC Help Desk at 405-325-HELP (4357).
