 The OU IT Data Governance Lead serves as the committee chair.  Committee membership will consist of individuals representing the following areas or roles:

  • Financial Data
  • HR Data
  • Student Data, Norman
  • Student Data, Health Campus
  • Institutional Research & Reporting, Norman
  • Institutional Research & Reporting, Health Campus
  • IT Data Governance
  • IT Data Services
  • IT Data Services-BIRDE (Business Intelligence, Reporting, & Data Engagement)
  • IT Operations Data
  • Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Official
  • Office of Legal Counsel

Subject matter experts will be invited to meetings as needed to inform the committee of relevant issues and topics.
