Marketing Cloud is a marketing platform for automating marketing across email, social media, and SMS. It uses pre-built journeys triggered by information from integrated Salesforce systems in order to personalize messages. Marketing Cloud is supported at the platform level by OU IT, however departments are responsible for developing and managing their own program-specific content.
