The University of Oklahoma has launched a new portal to help provide direction and answers with the online learning initiative. Information on TeachAnywhere can be found at http://www.ou.edu/teachanywhere. A full breakdown of relevant sites, applications and support information can be found at the site above. It also includes best practices and helpful guides to provide direction for online teaching.
The two main tools for online learning are Canvas, OU’s learning management system, and Zoom, a video conferencing tool. Test that you are able to login and download Zoom to your own device.
Access to Canvas is available at https://canvas.ou.edu. Zoom is available as a desktop application for PC and Mac and mobile application on iOS and Android.
