To log in to your OU e-mail, open your Internet browser and visit the Microsoft 365 Outlook website at the following address: http://outlook.office.com.
- To login:
- Enter your OU e-mail address as your username. If you have set an e-mail alias on your OU account, you will need to use this as your username.
- For example, Jan has the e-mail address jan.l.brown-1@ou.edu. She then set the alias jlb1980@ou.edu as her username. She will need to use jlb1980@ou.edu as her login username.
- Enter your OU password for the password.
- Click the Sign in button and your OU e-mail account should open.
- After signing in, you will be prompted to authenticate with PingID. For information on how to authenticate with PingID, please see this article.
Have you forgotten your account password?
If you are unable to log in, please note that clicking the “Forgot my password” link on the mail login screen will not work for your OU account. That particular link will send you to a Microsoft account management page. Instead, please visit http://one.ou.edu and click the “Forgot password?” link. You will then be able to begin the OU password reset process.
Please note that because Microsoft 365 is an external system, it may take 30-45 minutes before it will sync and recognize a newly set password.
