MyDesk (VDI) HSC Student Solution

Please note, you will need to install PingID and then authenticate to get access to this program, please see this page for more.

VDI delivers a CLEAN desktop with secure, encrypted access to network services. VDI does NOT duplicate your personal computer. Files stored locally on your personal computer are not accessible via VDI.

Request Initial Access:

Students must submit a request to access the MyDesk VDI solution via this request form.

Accessing VDI:

Navigate to https://mydesk.ou.edu and sign in using your HSC ID.

1. Click on VMware Horizon HTML Access

2. Enter your HSC ID and Password.

3. You should also now be promoted to accept the authentication in PingID.

4. Select COOP Remote Pool from the list of available virtual desktops.

5. Desktop will load using your respective campus credentials.
