Removing a user from a Distribution List (DL) who has been disabled and hidden from the GAL

  1. Log in to Outlook Web Access (https://outlook.office.com) using your OUHSC account information
  2. Click People on the left hand side. You will see “Groups” on the left side, including those of which you are a member or owner. Note you have to be an owner to be able to modify the group.
  3. Select the group you wish to modify > Click Members.
  4. You will be able to Add and/or Remove users from the membership list by clicking the X "Remove from group" button to the right of their name.
