How to install JMP Pro in Windows

This article will guide your through installing JMP Pro in Windows.

1. Go to http://it.ouhsc.edu/services/jmpsecured/jmpsoftware.asp. You'll be prompted to enter your OUHSC username and password.
   
   

2. Scroll down to the “Download JMP Pro Software” section and right click on the “JMP Activation Code for Windows” link. Select “Save link as…” from the pop-up menu.
   
   

3. Save the file (Do NOT change the name).
   
    
4. Scroll down to the "Download JMP Pro Software" section and click JMP Pro for Windows.
5. Navigate to the downloaded the file and extract it.
   
    
6. Open the extracted folder, find the "setup" file and double click it to start the installation.
   
7. Click "Yes" at the User Account Control window.
   
    
8. Click "Next" at the InstallShield Wizard window.
   
    
9. Click "Next".
   
    
10. Don't make any changes here, click "Next".
    
     
11. Click "Install".
    
     
12. Click "Finish" (you can create a Desktop icon and check for updates).
    
     
13. Double click the JMP Pro icon to launch it.
    
     
14. You'll be prompted for the License that was downloaded step 2 above. Click "Open License".
    
     
15. Navigate to the License and select it; click "Open".
    
     
16. Next, you'll be asked to personalize your copy of JMP Pro (you may leave this blank if you prefer).
    
     
17. You'll be prompted to save the JMP License File.
    
     
18. You'll receive a message stating your license was accepted. Click "OK".
    
     
19. You'll be asked to register JMP.
    
     
20. JMP Pro is now installed and ready for use.
