To begin, use a device currently connected to the Internet to go to access.ou.edu and log in with your OUNetID and password.
If you are still unable to get a connection to AccessOU, log back in to the access.ou.edu site and double check your device profile lists the right type of model for your device. For example, your connection may fail if you have registered it incorrectly, such as registering a game system as a smart TV.
